Desiree Howell
President & Broker In Charge
Desiree Howell was born in Boston but grew up in the Carolinas. She specializes in Commercial Real Estate Development, Multifamily stabilization & Acquisitions along with site selection and landlord/tenant rep brokerage. Having attended Anderson University in Anderson, SC she majored in Business Administration and minored in Marketing. She was formally the National Marketing Director for Heyrex Limited and traveled across the country consulting in the marketing arena within various verticals. Desiree helped launch one of the first fitness trackers for animals in the US, whose technology is now being used by Apple.
As a marketing professional, she realized that she had a passion for helping businesses grow and enjoyed consulting with executives on their real estate decisions. After being persuaded by her father, to get into real estate, she opened ACH Land Investments dba Simply Brokerage, a boutique Commercial Real Estate and Development Firm in Charlotte.
Desiree holds a Broker-in-Charge License in both North and South Carolina.

David Hepp

David focuses on tenant representation throughout the Charlotte and surrounding region and has been involved in a wide variety of leasing assignments. David’s market knowledge and attention to detail has earned him early success in his real estate career.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, David was on the USA Canoe/Kayak Team for 10 years, 3x Olympic Alternate, 2x National Champion, and a World Cup Medalist. After graduating with a B.A. in History from Western Carolina University, David owned and operated two retail stores to support his athletic career. David moved to Charlotte with his family in 2006 to open and operate the U.S. National Whitewater Center. David was then recruited in 2015 to lead a $45 million whitewater center project for the city of Oklahoma City and returned to Charlotte in 2017. David brings a wealth of design and operational knowledge to any community outdoor recreation project and continues to serve as an operational consultant for recreation projects throughout the world.
David holds a real estate license in North and South Carolina.

Originally from Michigan, Tish and her husband Brian have called Charlotte home since 1997. While raising their five children, Tish has been deeply committed to her community, actively volunteering on various charity boards and teaching neighborhood bootcamps. She also played a vital role in her husband’s General Contracting company.
As their children grew older, Tish decided to channel her talents into the real estate industry. She now thrives in helping business owners find the best solutions to their property needs, bringing her dedication, community spirit, and extensive experience to every client interaction.

Mary moved to the Charlotte community in 1990 from Ohio with her husband Mike and 4 children. She is a nationally certified chess coach through the US Chess federation in NY and has taught advanced level chess for many years. She also worked in document forensics for years. Mary has a very strategic, unique, and distinctive personality and perspective. Her commitment goes beyond the transaction. Jared J Earhart specializes in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Acquisitions in the Medical/Dental sector. While raised locally in Charlotte, he has spent most of his adult life in South Carolina. Jared is a veteran of the US Air Force, having been a trained maintainer of the F-16 Fighter Jet. Following his honorable discharge, he used his veteran’s education benefit to graduate from the University of South Carolina with a multi-disciplinary bachelor’s degree with dual focuses in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration.
