Desiree Howell
President & Broker In Charge
Desiree Howell was born in Boston but grew up in the Carolinas. She specializes in Commercial Real Estate Development, Multifamily stabilization & Acquisitions along with site selection and landlord/tenant rep brokerage. Having attended Anderson University in Anderson, SC she majored in Business Administration and minored in Marketing. She was formally the National Marketing Director for Heyrex Limited and traveled across the country consulting in the marketing arena within various verticals. Desiree helped launch one of the first fitness trackers for animals in the US, whose technology is now being used by companies like Apple.
As a marketing professional, she realized that she had a passion for helping businesses grow and enjoyed consulting with executives on their real estate decisions. After being persuaded by her father, to get into real estate, she opened ACH Land Investments dba Simply Brokerage, a boutique Commercial Real Estate and Development Firm in Charlotte.
Desiree holds a Broker-in-Charge License in both North and South Carolina.

David Hepp

David focuses on tenant representation throughout the Charlotte and surrounding region and has been involved in a wide variety of leasing assignments. David’s market knowledge and attention to detail has earned him early success in his real estate career.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, David was on the USA Canoe/Kayak Team for 10 years, 3x Olympic Alternate, 2x National Champion, and a World Cup Medalist. After graduating with a B.A. in History from Western Carolina University, David owned and operated two retail stores to support his athletic career. David moved to Charlotte with his family in 2006 to open and operate the U.S. National Whitewater Center. David was then recruited in 2015 to lead a $45 million whitewater center project for the city of Oklahoma City and returned to Charlotte in 2017. David brings a wealth of design and operational knowledge to any community outdoor recreation project and continues to serve as an operational consultant for recreation projects throughout the world.
David holds a real estate license in North and South Carolina.

She is a nationally certified chess coach through the US Chess federation in NY and has taught advanced level chess for many years. She also worked in document forensics for years. Kristin, who originally grew up in upstate New York and attended Syracuse University, moved to San Francisco for graduate school and to start her career as a licensed marriage and family therapist. After many years in the West Coast, with her husband and two children, decided to relocate the Lake Norman area of Charlotte where they now call it home. Having worked alongside her husband’s Architectural practice, she has transitioned into becoming a Commercial Real Estate broker.
